MC就好像是ACC,而SC更像是PCC和MCC。MC更多关注于教练的专业技术,我们做到了什么,还在哪些方面需要提高,指导教练达到下一个成熟度。SC更关注整个人,你是谁,你要怎样教练,你的教练风格是什么,什么样的客户适合你。SC带领教练通过过往的经验,进行深度的反思,是一个共创的过程。这也应了薛老师经常说的一句话“教练状态就是生活状态。”SC的目标是带出教练作为一个人的更好状态。
督导教练像是和客户共同探索广大的人生宇宙,深入的探索可能性;而辅导教练则让客户了解目前的位置,与标准要求的差异,寻求更高的符合性。時而重合,但又有明显的不同。建立基础的能力框架和实务操作技巧,属于辅导教练的范畴,探索和寻求更多的可能,反思和突破己有的成果,就到了督导教练的期待和展现。既有简单共同的目标-更好的教练狀态和能力,又有在不同阶段和过程,需要整合和掌握的不同基础和心态。
正需要的角色区分。辅导教练是系统性指导教练核心标准,帮助人们发现教练能力,有哪些不错的表现,还有什么缺失的?在教练心态,行为,核心技能等方面观察,引导他们走向下一个成熟水平。督导教练是通过具体案例,给予更深度的反馈指导,看到教练的模式和心态,发现是什么阻碍了他们实践,通过不同视角来指导他们实践,引导他们发现,是什么定义了他们的风格,督导教练不是技术指导,是系统的更深层次的呈现。两者有重叠,也有区别。督导教练让我们看到自己是谁,就会如何做教练,探索在这个空间里,我们与客户发生了什么?作为实践者的反思。督导教练是一个大的融合点,教练所用的工具和方法技能帮助我们更有力的提问,但最好的工具是我们自己。
